DEMILITARIZE THE POLICE
The 1033 Program should be ended. This allows the Department of Defense to give state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies military weapons.
BAN THE CHOCKEHOLD
Having the option to choke someone, in which cutting off one's airflow should be banned. This has fatal results that can often be avoidable.
Protect Black Women
Compared to white women, police are 3 times more likely to arrest black women during a traffic stop, and 3 times more likely to use force.

END BROKEN WINDOW POLICING
This is a theory, in which officers enforce small crimes vigorously in hopes of keeping people from breaking bigger laws. However, treating petty crimes in such an egregious manner often leads to death of black people.
